People are awful and amazing. Terrible and terrific. I never actually realized before how much a hug can be a haven. I'm a little exhausted and very overcome, so maybe I should go sleep now.

Edit: I also really wish this sort of thing didn't sap all of my creativity. I should be working on a play for my apprenticeship, but it's just not happening.

Still wrong, but partially compensated for by an amazing friend.
