Why is there no mood tag for "jumpy?"

I have been so jumpy lately. I was at work, straightening the stuffed animals, and a customer opened the door while my back was to the entrance, and I jumped about a mile. Same story for: the phone ringing at the shop; the doorbell when the pizza arrived an hour ago; and every single time my cousins popped a balloon at my aunt's birthday party yesterday.

I think it started on Wednesday or Thursday. We were doing a falling-objects lab in physics, and this group of boys dropped an empty coffee can on a tile floor from three meters up. Twice. And ever since then I've been jumpy.

I think I should probably de-stress.
